Dr. Alex Harvey is a pediatric dentist who enjoys treating children and adolescents, including those with special needs. Dr. Harvey earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Wake Forest University and her dental degree with honors from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Harvey completed a two-year pediatric dentistry residency at the Dental College of Georgia. Dr. Harvey is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the North Carolina Dental Society.
